I called a Mennonite (Amish that use tractors) lumber yard and they gave me a couple of names of contractors they work with. I called "Robert." He has Amish crews that are willing to do work that NO ONE ELSE wants to do.
We had to wait a few weeks, but they came. The exterior of our house is complete! They came a day later than anticipated and they took a couple of days longer than anticipated. However, I couldn't be more pleased!

Notice - Amelia and Scott using shovels like you would dig in dirt, and actually getting up the deck.
Everyone is concentrating so hard- not even talking!
We left some of the front deck to access the front door and to get around if needed.
